This store is absolutely filthy. The stairs look like they haven't been cleaned, swept or mopped in years, the floor where you order is filthy as well, and upstairs eating area is disgusting, food on tables , bins over flowing,...
We got really great service here! Considering how busy they were, just before 6pm, our meal was quicker than I expected. Very happy with our visit.
4 Meals in the last 2 weeks , only 1 good one. Went in today told the girl, the last time I was in and used the automated system I got the wrong meal, not what I ordered. No reaction...
Did the click-and-collect order, it was a bit of a delay but they cooked the food freshly when I got there. Great customer service, kind and friendly. 21 pieces of Chicken and 6 wicked wings were a little bit too...
Food was *okay* but the place smelled a bit strong compared to other KFCs. The lack of downstairs seating was also not very accessible.
