Really good smash burger, the sauce is delicious, fries are crunchy and nice. The price is great as well, burger and fries for 8€. The staff is also nice, and is directly in front of the central station.
Whenever I have a few minutes between train connections at Mainz Hbf, I always grab a smashburger from this spot. It’s become my little routine, and I look forward to it every time I pass through Mainz!
